Public vs internal catalog
The public site currently exposes a smaller English layer for review. The internal v0.6 catalog keeps 63 abbreviated rows including historical analogs, official core/support cases, active civil candidates, watchlist rows and rejected/retired NUFORC material.
The point of v0.6 is traceability: rejected rows remain documented so the same mistakes are not repeated.
